In the Beginning...

Having started work at Soundcraft R&D in the '80s, Adam moved to Europe for 6 years to work in live, studio and theatre sound, both as a tech and engineer.  After 6 months installing radio stations in the states, he returned to the UK to run the tech department for a major audio rentals company before eventually lending his knowledge and experience to Funky Junk's "Boffin Island".

Having spent decades repairing pro audio gear in the backrooms of London's foremost pro audio retailer, it only seemed logical that Adam channeled some of that insight and expertise into his own creation...

And so the 'Bax 2020' was born - combining everything we love about the Baxandall curve with American Class A character in a fuss-free, compact package.
